We have purchased Shambala Bistro! The wholesale Shambala Bakery remains around the corner and will be providing us with GF ingredients for our menu…stay tuned! We will not be a fully gf/soy/nut free facility but will offer something for everyone while keeping in mind individual limitations and an earth-friendly menu.
